This is injection molded, the thin profile tells me that the weapon boasts a really dense foam that feels more like rubber and is actually kind of sharp (the mold leaves edges that need smoothed, something that is not easy to do with injection foam without tearing it.) The Nerf swords from wal-mart are actually way softer, but at least the core they use for the swords from the above link are not going to snap off and stab somebody.

Those NERF swords are not Avegost legal.

Right, that is what I am saying about these. I may be mistaken about their creation fashion, but I do not think so. I would have to actually see a weapon they made, but if it is like Kit Rae weapons, then you would probably not approve it.
