You may Pre-Register any time before an Avegost event. Pre-Registering via Paypal incurs a $2.00 fee from Paypal. Pre-Registering has several benefits:

1. You are garunteed a bed at the site in the rented cabins.
2. You may now choose the cabin you wish to Pre-Register for.
3. You assist the game heavily by showing us how many players to expect
4. You gain the use of "In-Between-Game-Actions" (IBGAs)

In addition to the cost of attending Avegost obviously gas costs need to be taken into consideration. Even with its $35.00 price tag Avegost is the cheapest LARP in the state of Georgia. One thing common to all LARPs however is State Parks. Laura S. Walker requires a parking pass of $5.00 to be purchased which they will ticket you for as they have done so in the past. This can be purchased on site.

You may also buy a Year Long Pass.

Year Long passes have a cost of $385.00. This cost is the cost of our events, $35.00 an event, per 11 events. Year Long passes last you for the next twelve weekend events or weekend-one-day events. They do not cover "one day" events. Year Long passes have gone up to reflect our new price changes from $275.00 to $385.00. This means individuals who previously bought Year Long passes are saving $110.00 on their yearly expenses because they assisted the game. We greatly appreciate our year-long pass players.

The cost for a year long pass is $385.00. Using paypal to buy this pass will incur an $8.00 fee from Paypal. A year pass covers you for 12 consecutive events, regardless of your attendance of these events. If you do not attend an event your year-pass is still used. Year-Long passes do not mark you as having "attended" an event for the purposes of the "attendance discount" but do incur several other benefits:

1. You gain AP for events even if you do not attend them.
2. You gain IBGA's for every event if your character can perform IBGAs, regardless of your attendance of the event.
3. You receive 1 event for FREE!
4. You receive almost a 10% discount on the events by paying in one lump sum.

Avegost Refund Policy

***Remember that the Avegost Refund Policy is such: Pre-registering for an event and not showing does NOT store your money on an account. Avegost LARP needs to cover the costs of the campground and we do that with the money from Pre-registered players. If you pre-register and cannot attend you will not receive your money back. Breaking terms and conditions, hereby known as "Rules" of Avegost which result in your termination as a customer will not be valid grounds for a refund of pre-registering or year pass costs. By pre-registering or buying a year pass you acknowledge that you are aware of this policy and you agree to it.***
